I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the new flooring you installed in our kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallways and entry ways.

I have had the new flooring for almost a year now and I have not found a single flaw in the installation. This does not really surprise me because we have dealt with you before. Your company added a second story bedroom to our house on Mandeville Street creating a large master bedroom complete with skylight and walk in closet. This was a large addition in liveable space for us as the entire area was a storage garret. If you recall, you also did a bathroom remodel complete with over-sized shower.

Once again, thanks for your professional work and for working around our vacation schedule so that the work did not disrupt our home life at all.
